Expiration of the Employment Period. If Executive’s employment terminates by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period pursuant to Section 1 as a result of the Company’s or Executive’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations. Thereafter, the Company Group shall have no further obligation to Executive or Executive’s legal representatives.

Expiration of the Employment Period. Executive’s employment hereunder shall terminate upon either the Company or Executive providing notice not to renew the Employment Period in the manner contemplated pursuant to Section 2 of this Agreement.
Expiration of the Employment Period. If Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period as result of the Company’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations , the Prorated Bonus and continued payment of Base Salary for a period of six months in accordance with the Company’s payroll practices (the “Salary Continuation”). If Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period as result of the Executive’s non-extension, then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations. Thereafter, in either event, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive or his legal representatives.
Expiration of the Employment Period. Executive’s employment shall automatically terminate upon expiration of the Term unless the parties agree to extend the Term or continue the employment relationship “at will.” Notwithstanding the foregoing, if either party provides the notice to the other not to renew the Initial Term, the Employment Period shall terminate on expiration of the Initial Term. Such termination shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

(b) Unless the parties otherwise agree in writing executed subsequent to the Effective Date, continuation of Executive’s employment with the Company beyond the expiration of the Employment Period shall be deemed an employment at-will and, subject only to Section 6.1, shall not be deemed to extend any of the provisions of this Agreement and Executive’s employment may thereafter be terminated at will by either Executive or the Company. Following such termination of Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to this Section 4.6, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.

(b) Unless the parties otherwise agree in writing executed subsequent to the Effective Date, continuation of Executive’s employment with the Company beyond the expiration of the Employment Period shall be deemed an employment at-will and, subject only to Section 6.1, shall not be deemed to extend any of the provisions of this Agreement and Executive’s employment may thereafter be terminated at will by either Executive or the Company. Following such termination of Executive’s employment hereunder pursuant to this Section 4.4, Executive shall have no further rights to any compensation or any other benefits under this Agreement.

Expiration of the Employment Period. Subject to Section 4(e) below, if Executive’s employment shall be terminated by reason of the expiration of the Employment Period (and not for Cause), then the Company will provide Executive with the Accrued Obligations and will pay Executive an amount equal to the greater of (a) Executive’s Annual Base Salary and (b) amounts due under applicable laws (the “Expiration Payment”). The Expiration Payment shall be made in a lump sum on the date that is sixty (60) calendar days following the expiration of the Employment Period.
