Common use of Duration of the measure Clause in Contracts

Duration of the measure. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the issue of compulsory licenses granted in respect of intellectual property rights or to the revocation, restriction or creation of intellectual property rights, unless such issuance, revocation, restriction or creation is in accordance with the relevant national law of any contract parties and international intellectual property agreements to which both Contracting Parties are parties.
