Duration of the right of disposal. The right of disposal shall apply as from signing of the Agreement, without any deadline or right of termination, unless otherwise agreed in Appendix 7. If a right of disposal has been agreed in return for the payment of ongoing consideration, the right of disposal may be terminated by the Customer by giving three (3) months' notice, unless otherwise is agreed in Appendix 7. The right of disposal shall lapse as per the end of the relevant calendar month. Upon termination, a proportional consideration shall be paid for the right of disposal up to the expiry of the period of notice. Further provisions may be stipulated concerning this in Appendix 7.
