Right of disposal of documentation.
10.4.1 Making of copies (copying) The Contractor shall make available such number of copies of the documentation as is desired by the Customer, at the prices listed in Appendix 7. If the Contractor is unable to make available the necessary number of copies, the Customer may make such copies itself for its own use. No consideration shall be payable in respect of such copies.
Right of disposal of documentation. The Customer is granted a right of disposal in respect of any documentation it receives pursuant to the Agreement. The Customer may make copies for internal use, and may, at its own risk, make such changes, additions, etc., to the documentation for its own use as are deemed appropriate by the Customer.
