Duration of the Supplementary Agreement. 1. This Supplementary Agreement shall be concluded for an indefinite period of time. Either Contracting State may terminate it through diplomatic channels at the end of the calendar year giving three months' written notice. The relevant date for calculating the period of notice shall be the day on which the notice is received by the other Contracting State.

  • Duration of the Agreement This Agreement shall come into effect on the day and year stated in Box 4 and shall continue until the date stated in Box 17. Thereafter it shall continue until terminated by either party giving to the other notice in writing, in which event the Agreement shall terminate upon the expiration of a period of two months from the date upon which such notice was given.

  • Amendment of Agreement This Agreement may be amended only by written agreement of the Adviser and the Sub-Adviser and only in accordance with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
