Other Contracting definition

Other Contracting means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority;
Other Contracting means those contracting actions, not in a PEO/DAO portfolio, taken to support acquisition programs, maintain and repair fielded weapon systems, and support Air Force operations. The term includes, but is not limited to, contracts for local purchase and other operational support; replenishment spares; programmed depot maintenance; weapon system modifications which do not involve significant development; contractor logistics support; manpower and support; and science and technology (i.e., research, exploratory development or advanced development, and not intended for a system specific application (6.1, 6.2, or 6.3A funds)).

  • The Supplier acknowledges that in entering into this Framework Agreement no form of exclusivity has been conferred on, or volume guarantee granted by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies in relation to the provision of the Services by the Supplier and that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other suppliers for the provision of any or all services which are the same as or similar to the Services.

  • The Supplier acknowledges that there is no obligation whatsoever on the Authority or on any Other Contracting Body to invite or select the Supplier to provide any Services and/or to purchase any Services under this Framework Agreement.

  • Either Party shall notify the other Party of any Complaints made by Other Contracting Bodies, which are not resolved by operation of the Supplier's usual complaints handling procedure within five (5) Working Days of becoming aware of that Complaint and, if the Supplier is the Party providing the notice, such notice shall contain full details of the Supplier's plans to resolve such Complaint.

  • No undertaking or any form of statement, promise, representation or obligation shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority or any Other Contracting Body in respect of the total quantities or values of the Services to be ordered by them pursuant to this Framework Agreement and the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this Framework Agreement on the basis of any such undertaking, statement, promise or representation.

  • The Supplier shall promptly notify and provide full particulars to the Authority or the relevant Other Contracting Authority if such conflict referred to in Clause 41.1 arises or may reasonably been foreseen as arising.

  • Where such information is shared with Other Contracting Bodies the Authority shall notify the recipient of such information that its contents are confidential.

  • The Supplier shall perform all its obligations under all Call Off Agreements entered into with the Authority or any Other Contracting Body: in accordance with the requirements of this Framework Agreement; in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Call Off Agreements.

  • If there is a conflict between Clause 7 and the Regulations and the Guidance, the Other Contracting Body shall comply with the Regulations and the Guidance.

  • If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Services through this Framework Agreement then it will award its Services Requirements in accordance with the procedure in this Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure) and the requirements of the Regulations and the Guidance.

Related to Other Contracting

  • Other Contract means any agreement entered into between the Contractor and the City that is (i) formed under the authority of MCC Ch. 2-92; (ii) for the purchase, sale or lease of real or personal property; or (iii) for materials, supplies, equipment or services which are approved and/or authorized by the City Council.

  • Other Contractor means any party or parties having a direct Contract with the Employer for Work outside the scope of this Contract and shall include any Sub-Contractor of this “Other Contractor”

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
