During an Inspection. It is the Producer’s responsibility to ensure that the Greenmarket Personnel conducting the inspection has seen, or is familiarized with, all aspects of production before the conclusion of the inspection. This includes all crops or products currently in production, products currently harvested and those for future harvest, and all items in storage or in processing facilities. Please see Appendix E, - “Preparing for a Greenmarket Inspection,” for more information on preparing for an inspection. If a follow-up inspection is required due to the Producer’s lack of preparation or thoroughness, the Producer shall pay $350 for that subsequent inspection.
