During Term of Employment. During Executive’s relationship with either Company, Executive will not, in any capacity, participate in, provide assistance to, or have a financial or other interest in any activity or other enterprise which competes with either Company. The ownership of less than a 5% interest in a corporation or other entity whose securities are traded on a recognized stock exchange or traded on the over the counter market, even thought that corporation or other entity may be a competitor to the Company, shall not be deemed a financial participation in a competitor.
