During the Services Period. Oracle may update the Services and the Oracle NetSuite Written Materials to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of Third Party Applications. Oracle updates to the Services or the Oracle NetSuite Written Materials will not materially reduce the level of performance, functionality, security or availability of the Services during the term of Customer’s Estimate/Order Form or SOW.
