During Vacation. If a holiday falls during an employee's vacation period, it shall not be charged to vacation time, except where division policy is to grant additional vacation time in lieu of granting regular holidays off.

During Vacation. Paid overtime for time attending court in accordance with the provisions of Article 12. Minimum pay will be two (2) hours at the applicable overtime rate. All necessary and reasonable travel expenses incurred by an employee who is required to return from vacation to serve as a witness shall be reimbursed by the Employer. These expenses shall include necessary food and lodging and travel expenses incurred for the employee’s return from and back to the vacation destination. However, in order to qualify an employee must advise the Employer in writing immediately when they are made aware of any witness duty or other work-related duty which requires their attendance during their annual vacation. Where an employee qualifies as outlined above, extra time shall be permitted in their vacation equal to the number of vacation days lost due to court obligations.
During Vacation. When an worker is hospitalized or confined to bed by medical direction while on vacation, the time of hospitalization / confinement should be charged to accumulated sick time.
During Vacation. An employee who becomes sick or has an accident during a scheduled vacation may reschedule the balance of that vacation. To be eligible, the employee must have been sick or been disabled due to an accident for at least one (1) week. The employee cannot bump anyone else's scheduled vacation.

Qualifying Days and Payment In order to qualify for holiday pay for the holidays set out in Section (a) above, the employee must have been employed for at least thirty (30) days and must work the entire last scheduled shift prior to and the entire next scheduled shift following the holiday. This qualification does not apply if the employee is ill, absent on a Leave authorized by this Agreement, or on vacation, on either or both of the qualifying days. The Company shall not lay off otherwise eligible employees for the purpose of disqualifying them under this provision.

During Vacation. If a holiday occurs during an employee's approved vacation period, the holiday is paid as a holiday rather than a vacation day. Holidays should not be included in leave requests.
During Vacation. Employees recalled to duty during vacation will continue to receive their regular rate of pay plus an amount equal to their regular assigned shift pay at time and one-half plus return of their vacation day (which must be scheduled in the same manner as any other vacation day); provided, employees may elect to receive an amount equal to their regular assigned shift pay in lieu of the return of vacation day. If an employee is recalled to duty during vacation, but it falls on a regularly scheduled day off, they will receive the day off recall-to-duty minimum pay (see A. above) plus an amount equal to a regular shift at time and a half. No vacation day will be returned. Any employee contacted for callout purposes shall notify the caller of their vacation status. For purposes of compensation at the vacation recall rate:
