Duties and Agreements. The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ the Executive as its Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors at a location in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and the Executive hereby accepts such position and agrees to continue to serve the Company in such capacities on a full-time basis during the employment period fixed by Section 4 below (the “Employment Period”). With the Executive’s consent, the Executive shall also be appointed as Co-Chief Executive Officer of each of the principal, direct and indirect operating subsidiaries of the Company, and may also be appointed to other positions with the Company consistent with his leadership role as Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
