Common use of Duties and Positions Clause in Contracts

Duties and Positions. During the term of this Agreement while employed by the Company, the Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company and shall use his reasonable best efforts to advance the interests of the Company and its subsidiaries and perform such duties as are consistent with his position as Chief Financial Officer, as may be assigned to him by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”).
