Duties and Powers of the Arbitrator or Arbitration Board. An Arbitrator or an Arbitration Board, as the case may be, has the powers of an Arbitrator or an Arbitration Board under the Nova Scotia Labour Relations Act, but has no jurisdiction to alter, amend, add to or subtract from this Agreement or to render a decision inconsistent with its terms.
