Duties and Powers of the LPDC. The duties of the LPDC shall be strictly limited to the review and approval of professional development plans for re-certification and licensure as specified in Ohio Law governing such committee; and to the adoption and amendment of its bylaws. The LPDC shall adopt bylaws governing its operations and reflecting the mission of the LPDC. Such policies must be adopted by the LPDC prior to any action related to re-certification or licensure. The LPDC shall report on its actions in a prompt and timely manner to the BOARD and the ASSOCIATION. Members of the LPDC shall be immune from liability for any official action of the LPDC.
