While employed by Nucor, ------------------------------------------ Employee shall perform such duties for and on behalf of Nucor as may be determined and assigned to Employee from time to time by members of Nucor's Board of Directors. Employee shall devote his full time and best efforts to the business and affairs of Nucor.
