Duties and Responsibilities of Executive. During the Employment Period, Executive shall devote his services full time to the business of the Company and perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to him by Ross M. This SECTION 3 shall not be construed as preventing Executive from engaging in reasonable volunteer services for charitable, educational or civic organizations, or from investing his assets in such form or manner as will not require a material amount of his services in the operations of the companies or businesses in which such investments are made.
