DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTICIPATING AGENCIES. Each Participating Agency shall be responsible for the Data that reside in its respective system(s). This E- MOU shall only apply to Data that is shared with the Data Integration Hub through P20 WIN Data Sharing requests at the unit and aggregate levels. Notwithstanding any provision of this E-MOU or any Appendix hereto, each Participating Agency reserves the right to refuse to share or disclose any Data Elements or decline the Data Sharing request in its entirety, in its sole discretion, with documentation as to the reason for the refusal.
