DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. (a) The Client shall: (i) provide to the Customs Broker all information necessary for the Customs Broker to provide the Services set out herein, including all information required to complete Canada Customs documentation and/or data requirements. (ii) Promptly review all documentation and/or data and notify the Customs Broker of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker promptly and within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 hereof; (iii) reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker with respect to any of the matters set out in subparagraph (c) hereof; (iv) indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker against any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker by the client or its agents and relied upon by the Customs Broker. (b) The Client warrants that it is the importer, exporter, or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs Broker; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs Broker; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true and accurate and acknowledges that the Customs Broker shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client; (ii) any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client; (iii) any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to the provision of services to the Client herein.

(b) The Client warrants that it is the importer, exporter, or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs Broker; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs Broker; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true and accurate and acknowledges that the Customs Broker shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) i. any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client; (ii) . any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client; (iii) . any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to the provision of services to the Client herein.

(ii) Promptly review all documentation and/or data promptly and notify the Customs Broker of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker promptly and within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 hereof; (iii) reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker with respect to any of the matters set out in subparagraph (c) hereof; (iv) indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker against any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker by the client or its agents Client and relied upon by the Customs Broker. (b) The Client warrants that it is the importer, exporter, exporter or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs Broker; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs Broker; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true and accurate and acknowledges that the Customs Broker shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client; (ii) any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, penalties or interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client;. (iii) any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to the provision of services to the Client herein.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. (a) The Client shall: (i) provide to the Customs Broker Company all information necessary for the Customs Broker Company to provide the Services set out hereinCustoms Broker Services, including all information required to complete Canada Royal Malaysian Customs documentation and/or data requirements.documentation, whether in written or electronic format; (ii) Promptly review all documentation and/or data documentation, whether in written or electronic format, promptly and notify the Customs Broker Company of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker Company promptly and of any corrections or additions to be made on such documents within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 section 11 hereof; (iii) reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker Company with respect to any of the matters set out in subparagraph section 9 (c) hereof;below; and, (iv) indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker Company against any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims pertaining to the Customs Broker Services or the Client’s goods which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker Company by the client or its agents and relied upon by the Customs BrokerClient. (b) The Client warrants that it is the importer, exporter, exporter or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs BrokerCompany; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney agent and instruct the Customs BrokerCompany; and that all relevant information shall be provided to the Customs Broker Company and shall be complete, true and accurate and accurate. The Client acknowledges that the Customs Broker Company shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein;Customs Broker Services. (c) The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker Company on behalf of the Client; (ii) payment of fees owing to the Company; (iii) any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, penalties or interest or other levies imposed by Canada Royal Malaysian Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client;client’s goods; and (iiiiv) any loss or damage of any nature incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to Company that are caused by the provision of services to the Client hereinClient.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. (a) The Client client shall: (i) provide to the Customs Broker all information necessary for the Customs Broker Secam to provide the Services set out hereinservices of customs clearance and transportation, including all information required to complete Canada Customs or conveyors documentation and/or data requirements.and to make sure the client is in conformity with requirements of Canadian government or other countries governments in respect with its shipments; (ii) Promptly review all documentation and/or data promptly and notify the Customs Broker Secam of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker promptly and Secam of any corrections or additions to be made on such documents within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 8 hereof; (iii) reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker Secam with respect to any of the matters charge, responsibility, loss or damages set out in subparagraph (c) hereof; (iv) indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker Secam against any and all actions, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims pertaining to the services herein or the client’s goods of which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker by the client or its agents and relied upon by the Customs Broker.Secam; (b) The Client client warrants that it he is the importer, exporter, exporter or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs BrokerSecam services; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs BrokerSecam; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true and accurate and acknowledges that the Customs Broker Secam shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) The Client shall be solely liable forclient’s liability includes but is not limited to: (i) any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Clientclient; (ii) any Customs Duties, finesfine, penalties, penalties or interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Departments with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Clientclient’s goods; (iii) any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker Secam in relation to the provision of services to the Client client herein.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CLIENT. (a) a. The Client shall: (i) i. provide to the Customs Broker on a timely basis all information necessary for the Customs Broker to provide the Services set out herein, including all information required to complete Canada Customs documentation and/or data requirements.; (ii) . Promptly review all documentation and/or data and notify the Customs Broker of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions found therein and advise the Customs Broker promptly and within the time periods set out in paragraph 7 hereof. The Client acknowledges that the Customs Broker provides a cursory review of the information it receives from the Client, the carrier, the shipper or any other third party based upon its interpretation of such information; (iii) . reimburse, indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker with respect to any of the matters set out in subparagraph (c) hereof;of this paragraph 5; and (iv) . indemnify and save harmless the Customs Broker against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, suits or demands of any nature whatsoever arising from third party claims which result from inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in the information and documentation provided to the Customs Broker by the client Client or its agents and relied upon by the Customs Broker. (b) v. not solicit or hire, directly or indirectly any employee of the customs broker during the term of this agreement or after the termination thereof. b. The Client represents and warrants that it is the importer, exporter, or owner of the goods for which it has retained the Customs Broker; that it has full power and authority to retain, appoint as attorney and instruct the Customs Broker; and that all information provided to the Customs Broker shall be complete, true true, accurate and accurate timely and acknowledges that the Customs Broker shall be relying on such information to provide the services set out herein; (c) c. The Client shall be solely liable for: (i) i. any and all Disbursements made by the Customs Broker on behalf of the Client; (ii) . any Customs Duties, fines, penalties, interest or other levies imposed by Canada Customs or other Government Agencies or Departments and any loss or damage, with respect to the goods imported or to be imported into Canada, or exported or to be exported from Canada, by the Client;; and (iii) . any loss or damage incurred or sustained by the Customs Broker in relation to the provision of services Services to the Client herein.
