DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27, 2023, among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27June 20, 20232022, among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27August 11, 2023, 2021 among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27December 21, 2023, 2022 among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27July 29, 2023, further amended by way of the amendment agreement dated January 23, 2024 among the CompanyBank, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27June 16, 2023, among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Company and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27July 12, 2023, 2023 among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated September 27January 15, 2023, 2024 among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholder Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.
