DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities set out in the registrar agreement dated August 11, 2021 among the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Registrar (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities set out in the registrar agreement dated August 11July 29, 2021 2023, further amended by way of the amendment agreement dated January 23, 2024 among the CompanyBank, the Selling Shareholders and the Registrar (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated August 11June 20, 2021 2022, among the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities set out in the registrar agreement dated August 11January 15, 2021 2024 among the Company, the Selling Shareholders and the Registrar (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 4.1 The Parties hereto agree that, in addition to the duties and responsibilities and obligations set out in the registrar agreement dated August 11September 27, 2021 2023, among the Company, the Promoter Selling Shareholders Shareholder and the Registrar to the offer (“Registrar Agreement”), the duties and responsibilities of the Registrar shall include, without limitation, the following and the Registrar shall, at all times, carry out its obligations hereunder diligently and in good faith.
