Duties of Administrative Assistants while Administrator is Out of the Building. 1. Administrative Assistants will work under the direction of the school principal or appropriate administrative supervisor. 2. When the principal or appropriate administrative supervisor is not available to meet with disciplinary problem students, the Administrative Assistant will not be required to supervise these students in the office. 3. The Administrative Assistants will not be required to make administrative decisions while the administrator is not in the building.
