Common use of Duties of Assistant Controllers Clause in Contracts

Duties of Assistant Controllers. The Assistant Controllers shall, jointly and severally, in the absence or incapacity of the Controller or vacancy in the office of Controller, perform the duties of the Controller, and shall in general assist the Controller in the performance of his duties. They shall also perform such other duties as may from time to time be delegated to them by the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairmen, the President, the Board of Directors or the Controller.

Duties of Assistant Controllers. The Assistant Controller or Assistant Controllers shallshall assist the Controller, jointly and severally, in the absence or incapacity of the Controller or vacancy in the office event of Controllerhis inability or refusal to act, the Assistant Controllers in the order designated by the Board of Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their appointment) shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Controller, Controller and shall in general assist the Controller in the performance of his duties. They shall also perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Directors, the President, or the Controller may from time to time be delegated to them by the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairmen, the President, the Board of Directors or the Controllerprescribe.
