Duties of Authorized Representatives. The Company has empowered the Authorized Representatives and their delegates to act for the Company in all respects hereunder. The Authorized Representatives~may -act as a group or may designate oneor more Authorized Representative(s) or delegate(s) to perform the duties described in the foregoing sentence. The Company shall provide the Trustee with a written statement setting forth the names and specimen signatures of the Authorized Representatives. The Authorized Representatives shall provide the Trustee with a written statement setting forth the names and specimen signatures of any delegate of the Authorized Representatives. Until otherwise notified in writing by the Company, the Trustee may rely upon any written notice, instruction, direction, certificate, or other communication believed by it to be genuine and to be signed or certified by any one or more Authorized Representatives or their designated delegate(s), and the Trustee shall be under no duty to make any investigation or inquiry as to the truth or accuracy of any statement contained therein.
