Take steps to protect him/herself, including investigation, discovery, and comprehension of the legal, practical, and technical implications of the Purchase of a Property and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and the facts and circumstances that may be discovered by Xxxxx or disclosed to Buyer. Carefully and fully read any other documents requested to sign throughout the Purchase of Property and consult an attorney of the Buyer’s choice to answer any questions about this Agreement or any of these documents. Seek assistance and advice from appropriate Professional Service Provider(s) selected by Buyer in connection with the due diligence and investigation of the Property and the potential Purchase, such as construction, insurance, surveys, titles, inspections, appraisals, finance, mold or hazardous substances, termites, insects, law, or any other matter of concern to Buyer.
