Reasonable Requests. A supervisor shall not deny an employee’s request for a leave of absence unless such leave would interfere with the operational needs of the department.
Reasonable Requests. The Exhibitor shall comply with all reasonable requests of officials of the exhibit hall and Organizer with respect to the installation, conduct and disassembly of its exhibit.
Reasonable Requests. Any employee who fails to abide by a reasonable request made pursuant to this procedure shall be deemed to have waived his/her right to such benefits until compliance with the request. If the employee wishes to challenge a decision made pursuant to this Section 7, he/she may do so pursuant to a hearing under Section 6, above.
