Common use of DUTIES OF CALCULATION AGENT Clause in Contracts

DUTIES OF CALCULATION AGENT. The Calculation Agent shall in relation to each series of Relevant Notes (each a Series) perform all the functions and duties imposed on the Calculation Agent by the terms and conditions of the relevant Series (the Conditions). Without limiting the foregoing, the Calculation Agent shall calculate, to the extent applicable, the Rate of Interest, Interest Amount, Interest Payment Date, principal and all other amounts, rates and dates which are required to be determined or calculated under the Conditions for the Relevant Notes and shall communicate such calculations to the Issuer and the Agent as soon as practicable after such calculations are determined, but in any event, within time periods sufficient to enable the Agent to publish the results of such determinations in accordance with the terms of the Agency Agreement. In addition, the Calculation Agent agrees that it will provide a copy of all calculations made by it which affect the nominal amount outstanding of any Relevant Notes which are identified on the Schedule as being New Global Notes to the Agent to the contact details set out in the signature page hereof.
