DUTIES OF CALCULATION AGENT. The Calculation Agent shall in relation to each series of Relevant Covered Bonds (each a Series) perform all the functions and duties imposed on the Calculation Agent by the terms and conditions of the Relevant Covered Bonds (the Terms and Conditions) including endorsing the Schedule appropriately in relation to each Series of Relevant Covered Bonds. In addition, the Calculation Agent agrees that it will provide a copy of all calculations made by it which affect the nominal amount outstanding of any Relevant Covered Bonds which are identified on the Schedule as being NGCBs to the Principal Paying Agent to the contact details set out on the signature page hereof.
