DUTIES OF CALCULATION AGENT. The Calculation Agent shall in relation to each series of Relevant Notes (each a Series) perform all the functions and duties imposed on the Calculation Agent by the terms and conditions of the Relevant Notes (the Conditions) including endorsing the Schedule appropriately in relation to each Series of Relevant Notes. In addition, the Calculation Agent agrees that it will provide a copy of all calculations made by it which affect the nominal amount outstanding of any Relevant Notes which are identified on the Schedule as being New Global Notes (NGNs) to The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch to the contact details set out on the signature page hereof.
