DUTIES OF OLYMPIC ESD 114:. 1. OESD shall provide the following certification services to the satisfaction of the District: • Phone, email and face-to-face assistance in application process. • A public access computer that applicants can use at the OESD (located on second floor of Conference Center) • Temporary permits, as allowable by OSPI. Note: OSPI is the only entity permitted to issue permits for Career and Technical Educators, Conditional ESA or Continuing ESA. 2. OESD will invoice District as a part of the annual OESD Cooperative Services Agreement.
