Duties of President. The President shall be the chief executive officer of the Company, and in the absence of the Chairman and Vice Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Members. He shall have general and active management of the day to day business and affairs of the Company and shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Managers are carried into effect. The President shall execute bonds, mortgages and other contracts except where required or permitted by law to be otherwise signed and executed and except where the signing and execution thereof shall be expressly delegated by the Managers to some other officer or agent of the Company.
