Duties of Vice President. The Vice President, if any, or if there shall be more than one (1), the Vice Presidents, in the order or seniority determined by the Board of Directors, shall, in the absence or disability of the President, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Directors may prescribe from time to time.

The President shall have such other powers and duties, as from time to time may be conferred upon or assigned to him by the Trustees.

  • Duties of the Employee The Executive represents and warrants that the performance by Executive of the Executive’s duties and obligations under this Agreement will not violate any agreement between the Executive and any other person, firm, partnership, corporation or other organization.
