Duties of the Documentation Agent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Documentation Agent is a Lender designated as "Documentation Agent" for title purposes only and in such capacity shall have no obligations or duties whatsoever under this Agreement or any other Loan Document to any Loan Party, any Lender or any Issuer and shall have no rights separate from its rights as a Lender except as expressly provided in this Agreement.
