Legal Opinions definition

Legal Opinions has the meaning given to that term in subsection 6.1(k)(ii) hereto;
Legal Opinions means the legal opinions delivered to the Agent pursuant to Clause 4.1 (Initial conditions precedent).
Legal Opinions. We authorize you to deliver copies of this opinion to the Trustee and the Underwriters named in Schedule A to the Master Agreement Among Underwriters relating to the Trust and the Trustee may rely on this opinion as fully and to the same extent as if it had been addressed to it.

More Definitions of Legal Opinions

Legal Opinions has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.1(b)(iv);
Legal Opinions means any of the legal opinions referred to in paragraph 5 of Part 1 to Schedule 4 (Conditions Precedent to First Utilisation), paragraph 6 of Part 2 to Schedule 4 (Conditions Precedent to First Baseball Utilisation) and paragraph 2 of Part 2 to Schedule 7 (Accession Documents) required to be delivered pursuant to Clause 3.1 (Vanilla Conditions Precedent), Clause 3.2 (Baseball Conditions Precedent) and Clause 26 (Acceding Group Companies), respectively.
Legal Opinions means the legal opinions set out in Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) and any other legal opinion delivered under this Agreement.

My examination of the Registration Statement and the Prospectus, and my discussions in the above-mentioned conferences did not disclose to me any information which gives me reason to believe that, at the Effective Date, the Registration Statement contained an untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading or that the Prospectus at the time it was filed electronically with the Commission pursuant to Rule 424, and the Prospectus, as amended or supplemented at the date hereof, contained or contains an untrue statement of a material fact or omitted or omits to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. I do not express any opinion or belief as to the financial statements or other financial or statistical data contained in the Registration Statement or in the Prospectus.
