Common use of Duties of the Owner Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Owner. Owner will provide all assistance to the consultant in facilitating the studies and surveys to be conducted at site. This will include but not limited to the following: a. Any technical data/ information support required from CEA. b. To accord acceptance to reports submitted by the consultant in a time bound manner, generally within seven (7) days. c. To process all the claims submitted by the consultant and to release the payments in a time bound manner. d. To process the request of the consultant for deployment/ change of its personnel/ sub consultants and convey the decision in a time bound manner. e. To accord approval to the consultant for any change in scope in a time bound manner. Authorized /designated Authorized /designated Article V.
