Final Approval Hearing and Entry of Judgment: Upon expiration of the deadlines to postmark Requests for Exclusion or objections to the Settlement Agreement, and with the Court’s permission, a Final Approval hearing will be conducted to determine the Final Approval of the Settlement Agreement along with the amounts properly payable for: (i) any Individual Settlement Payments; (ii) any LWDA Payment; (iii) any Class Representative Enhancement Payment; (iv) any Attorneys’ Fees and Costs Award; and (v) any
