Duties of the Project Manager. The duties of the Project Manager include, in particular but not limited to, the following: • Management of the project in line with the project plan; • Obtaining and providing necessary information and documents; • Ensuring that all necessary decisions are taken in a timely manner; • Nomination of contacts to clarify and solve project-specific issues and questions; • Preparation of change requests (if applicable, for submission to and approval by the Project Steering Committee); • Preparing, aligning and presenting change requests. The Project Manager can be a member of the Project Steering Committee.
