Common use of Duties of the Public Entity Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Public Entity. The Public Entity has designated , whose phone number is , as its Designated Election Official (“DEO”) pursuant to C.R.S. §1-1-104(8). The DEO must act as the primary liaison between the Public Entity and the Clerk. If the Public Entity encompasses territory within other counties, this Agreement will apply only to that portion of the Public Entity within Ouray County.
