Common use of Duties of the Registrar Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Registrar. The Registrar shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any unauthenticated Global Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, Effectuation and Deposit of Global Notes) and any Definitive Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 (Availability of Definitive Notes) and shall ensure that such Global Notes and Definitive Notes are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Trust Deed, the Global Notes and the Conditions.

Duties of the Registrar. The Registrar shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any all unauthenticated Global Notes and Definitive Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, Effectuation and Deposit of Global Notes) and any Definitive Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 3.3 (Availability of Definitive NotesNote Certificates) and shall ensure that such Global Notes and Definitive Notes they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, of the Trust Deed, the relevant Global Notes Note (if applicable) and of the Conditions.

The Registrar shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody keeping of any all unauthenticated Global Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, Effectuation Note Certificates and Deposit of Global Notes) and any Definitive Notes Individual Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 (Availability of Definitive NotesIndividual Note Certificates) and shall ensure that such Global Notes and Definitive Notes they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of this Agreement, the Trust Deed, the Global Notes Note Certificate (if applicable) and of the Conditions.

The Registrar shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any keeping all unauthenticated Global Notes and Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, Effectuation and Deposit of Global Notes) and any Definitive Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 3.7 (Availability of Definitive NotesNote Certificates) and shall take such security measures as may be reasonably necessary to prevent their theft, loss or destruction, and shall keep an inventory of all Note Certificates, and shall ensure that such Global Notes and Definitive Notes they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of this Agreement, the Trust Deed, the Global Notes (if applicable) and of the Conditions.

The Registrar shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any all unauthenticated Global Notes Note Certificates and Individual Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, Effectuation and Deposit of Global Notes) and any Definitive Notes delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 3.2 (Availability of Definitive NotesIndividual Note Certificates) and shall ensure that such Global Notes and Definitive Notes they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of this Agreement, the Trust Deed, the Global Notes Note Certificate (if applicable) and of the Conditions.
