Additional Duties of the Registrar. If Individual Note Certificates are required to be delivered pursuant to the terms of any Global Note Certificate and the Current Issuer Trust Deed, the Registrar shall: (a) five Business Days prior to each Payment Date notify the Current Issuer, the Current Issuer Cash Manager and the other Agents of the aggregate principal amount outstanding of the relevant Current Issuer Notes; (b) receive any document relating to or affecting the title to any Individual Note Certificates including all forms of transfer, forms of exchange, probates, letters of administration and powers of attorney and maintain proper records of the details of all documents received; (c) prepare all such lists of the holders of the Individual Note Certificates as may be required by the Current Issuer, the Current Issuer Cash Manager, the Paying Agents or the Note Trustee or any person authorised by any of them; (d) comply with the proper and reasonable requests of the Current Issuer with respect to the maintenance of the Register and provide the Paying Agents with such information relating to the Individual Note Certificates as they may reasonably require for the proper performance of their duties; and (e) carry out such other acts as may reasonably be necessary to give effect to the Current Issuer Conditions, this Agreement and the Regulations. In carrying out its functions the Registrar shall act in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Regulations, the Current Issuer Conditions and the Current Issuer Trust Deed. No transfer from a holder of an Individual Note Certificate shall be registered for a period of 15 days immediately preceding a Payment Date.

The Register shall show the number of issued Certificates, their nominal amount, their date of issue and their certificate number (which shall be unique for each Certificate of a Series) and shall identify each Registered Note, record the name and address of its initial subscriber, all subsequent transfers, exercises of options and changes of ownership in respect of it, the names and addresses of its subsequent holders and the Certificate from time to time representing it, in each case distinguishing between Registered Notes of the same Series having different terms as a result of the partial exercise of any option. The Registrar shall at all reasonable times during office hours make the Register available to the relevant Issuer, the relevant Guarantor(s), the Trustee, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Transfer Agents or any person authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of holders of Registered Notes, their addresses and holdings as they may request.
Additional Duties of the Registrar. 10.2.1 The Registrar shall maintain a Register for each Series of ETP Securities in Ireland in accordance with the Conditions. The Register shall show the number of issued Certificates, their nominal amount, their date of issue and their certificate number (which shall be unique for each Certificate of a Series) and shall identify each ETP Security and record the name and address and payment details of its initial holder, all subsequent transfers and changes of ownership in respect of it, the names and addresses and payment details of its subsequent holders and the Certificate from time to time representing it. The Registrar shall within normal business hours in Ireland make the Register available to the Issuer, the Trustee, the Issuing and Paying Agent and the Transfer Agent(s) or any person authorised by any of them for inspection either electronically or otherwise and for the taking of copies and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of holders of ETP Securities, either electronically or otherwise, their addresses and their holdings as they may request. 10.2.2 In relation to each Series of ETP Securities which is held under the NSS, the Registrar agrees to perform the additional duties set out in Schedule 2 (Obligations regarding ETP Securities held under the NSS).
Additional Duties of the Registrar. If Definitive Notes are required to be delivered pursuant to the terms of any Global Note and the Trust Deed, the Registrar shall: 10.11.1 five Business Days prior to each Interest Payment Date notify the Issuer, the Administrator and the other Agents of the aggregate GBP Equivalent Principal Liability Outstanding of the relevant Notes; 10.11.2 receive any document relating to or affecting the title to any Definitive Notes including all forms of transfer, forms of exchange, probates, letters of administration and powers of attorney and maintain proper records of the details of all documents received; 10.11.3 prepare all such lists of the holders of the Definitive Notes as may be required by the Issuer, the Administrator, the Paying Agents or the Trustee or any person authorised by any of them; 10.11.4 comply with the proper and reasonable requests of the Issuer with respect to the maintenance of the Register and provide the Paying Agents with such information relating to the Definitive Notes as they may reasonably require for the proper performance of their duties; and 10.11.5 carry out such other acts as may reasonably be necessary to give effect to the Conditions, this Agreement and the Regulations. No transfer from a holder of a Definitive Note shall be registered for a period of 15 days immediately preceding an Interest Payment Date.

The Register shall show the number of issued Certificates, their principal amount, their date of issue and their certificate number (which shall be unique for each Certificate) and shall identify each Bond, record the name and address of its initial purchaser, all subsequent transfers, exercises of options and changes of ownership in respect of it, the names and addresses of its subsequent holders and the Certificate from time to time representing it, in each case distinguishing between Bonds having different terms as a result of the partial exercise of any option. The Registrar shall at all reasonable times during office hours make the Register available to the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent and the Transfer Agents or any person authorised by any of them for inspection and for the taking of copies and the Registrar shall deliver to such persons all such lists of holders of Bonds, their addresses and holdings as they may request.
