Duties of the Registrar. (a) The Registrar shall maintain a Register which shall show the aggregate principal amount and date of issue of each Series of Notes, the names and addresses of the initial Holders thereof and the dates of all transfers to, and the names and addresses of, all subsequent Holders thereof.
