Common use of Duties of the Registrar Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Registrar. The Registrar and the Transfer Agent shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any unauthenticated Global Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, and Deposit of Global Note Certificates) and any Individual Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 (Availability of Individual Note Certificates) and shall ensure that such Global Note Certificates and Individual Note Certificates are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Current Issuer Trust Deed, the Global Note Certificates and the Current Issuer Conditions.

The Registrar and the Transfer Agent shall hold or shall procure the holding in safe custody of any all unauthenticated Global Notes and Definitive Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4 (Authentication, and Deposit of Global Note Certificates) and any Individual Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.5 3.3 (Availability of Individual Definitive Note Certificates) and shall ensure that such Global Note Certificates and Individual Note Certificates they are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, of the Current Issuer Trust Deed, the relevant Global Note Certificates (if applicable) and of the Current Issuer Conditions.
