Duties of the Registrar. It shall be a term of the appointment of the Registrar that the Registrar or its designated agent shall: 3.8.1 hold in safe custody all unauthenticated Note Certificates delivered to it in accordance with Clause 3.4.2; 3.8.2 ensure that such Note Certificates are authenticated and delivered only in accordance with the terms hereof, of the Trust Deed and of the Note Conditions; and 3.8.3 establish and maintain the Register at its Specified Office.
