Duties; Qualifications. The Liquidator (if other than a General Partner) shall have sufficient business expertise and competence to conduct the winding-up and termination of the Partnership and, in the course thereof, to cause the Partnership to perform any existing or future Partnership contractual obligations. The Liquidator shall determine the time, manner, and terms of any sale or sales of Property in liquidation, having due regard to the activity and condition of the relevant market and general financial and economic conditions.
