Duties with Respect to Tenant Improvements. Manager will perform the following duties related to Tenant Improvements: (1) Arrange for and supervise the performance of all installations and improvements in space leased to any tenant which are either expressly required under the terms of a Lease of such space or which are customarily provided to tenants. (2) Meet with tenants and prospective tenants and their architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to facilitate design and construction of leasehold improvements. (3) Maintain separate files as to each tenant, and thereby document the entire design and construction process for each tenant. (4) Compile and disseminate such data regarding each tenant as Owner may reasonably require.
