Common use of DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHT Clause in Contracts

DUTY DRAWBACK RIGHT. Autocar’s purchase of the Goods includes all related customs duty and import drawback rights, if any (including rights developed by substitution and rights which may be acquired from Supplier’s suppliers) which Supplier can transfer to Autocar. Supplier agrees to inform Autocar of the existence of any such rights and, upon request, to supply such documentation as may be required to obtain such drawback rights.
