Grant Amount. RUS agrees to make and the Awardee agrees to accept, on the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement and subject to 31 U.S.C. 1551 and 1552, a grant, in the amount specified in Schedule 1 hereto (the "Grant").
Grant Amount. In consideration of the various obligations to be undertaken by Grantee pursuant to this Agreement, MassCEC agrees to provide Grantee, through its fiscal agent, [Fiscal agent name], with funds in an amount not to exceed [write out amount] Dollars ($numerical amount) (the “Grant”). The Grantee shall invoice at least quarterly and no more often than monthly and MassCEC shall pay (each installment a “Grant Installment”) within forty-five (45) days of approval of the corresponding receipt of a written invoice describing the work performed with grant funds during the invoice period, corresponding program reporting, grant resource report form, any required back-up documentation, and a completed and signed Expenditure Certification (Attachment 3). Notwithstanding the foregoing: (i) Grantee shall not be permitted to invoice for work on a given phase set forth in the Program Timeline in the Scope of Work if Grantee has not yet completed the previous phase; and (ii) to the extent Grantee fails to satisfy any of the invoicing requirements set forth in this Agreement, as determined in MassCEC's sole discretion, MassCEC shall not be obligated to remit requested payment to Grantee prior to Grantee correcting invoicing deficiencies. Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $5,000 or 50% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
