Duty Free on Vessels Travelling to and from Australia. (a) Employees may bring on-board duty-free items, other than alcohol. (b) Any penalties associated with a breach of Customs’ requirements will be the responsibility of the individual Employee and not the Employer. If the Employer is fined for the breach, the individual Employee will reimburse the Employer for any costs associated with the proceedings and penalties, if any.
