Duty of military or non. military service An employee who takes up a regular service position in order to perform military service shall be paid holiday bonus on the holiday pay and holiday compensation to which the employee was entitled at the time of taking up the said position. This regulation shall also be applied correspondingly to the duty of non-military service.
