Duty to Correct Defective Work Discovered After Completion. In addition to its warranty obligations set forth elsewhere herein, Design/Builder shall be specifically obligated to correct any and all defective or nonconforming Work for a period of twelve (12) months following beneficial occupancy or Final Completion, whichever occurs first, upon written direction from Owner. This obligation shall survive final payment by Owner and termination of the Agreement.
