Duty to Mitigate Effects of Force Majeure. A PARTY claiming Force Majeure shall act in good faith and exercise reasonable diligence to seek to overcome the Force Majeure event and to mitigate the effects thereof on the performance of its obligations under this Agreement provided, the PARTY affected shall promptly notify the other PARTY as soon as the Force Majeure event has been removed and no longer prevents it from complying with the obligations, which have been suspended and shall thereafter resume compliance with such obligations as soon as possible.
