DUTY TO PROVIDE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. 3.6.1 Within sixty (60) days of execution of the Collective Agreement the University shall make an electronic copy of the Agreement available to each member of the bargaining unit. 3.6.2 The University shall provide an electronic copy of the current Collective Agreement to each prospective employee at such time as the prospective employee is requested to sign the “Assignment of Wages” mentioned in 3.2. 3.6.3 The University, at its cost, will provide sixty (60) print copies of the Collective Agreement to the Union. An electronic copy of the Collective Agreement will be provided on the University web site.
