Duty to Provide Fit Workers. 6.4.1 Developer and Subcontractor(s) shall at all times enforce strict discipline and good order among their employees and shall not employ any unfit person or anyone not skilled in work assigned to that person. It shall be the responsibility of Developer to ensure compliance with this requirement. District may require Developer to permanently remove unfit persons from Project Site. 6.4.2 Any person in the employ of Developer or Subcontractor(s) whom District may deem incompetent or unfit shall be excluded from working on the Project and shall not again be employed on the Project except with the prior written consent of District. 6.4.3 Developer shall furnish labor that can work in harmony with all other elements of labor employed or to be employed in the Work.
